I read an interesting article today by Scott Shatford about how to make over $100k with Airbnb…!
If you read the article, it’s actually a very brilliant technique. Scott is making money from properties he is renting, not properties he has purchased. This is the sort of thing anybody can do with very minimal risk to get started so long as your rental unit is in a popular travel destination.
One important tip Scott mentions is to try and automate everything. As Engineers, what would you do to build on this idea? How do you automate everything while providing a unique and enjoyable experience that will grow this business venture?
